DO NOT GO WITH CCV INSURANCE. TURN BACK IMMEDIATELY. I don't usually write reviews on anything in fact this is the first one I've done on google. But CCV insurance has been nothing but a nightmare.
I purchased a new car in May and worked with CCV insurance because that is where my family had their insurance. My broker Ed quoted me at $2900 per year split into payments every 4 months which I was happy with, he sent me all the forms and it was signed and completed.
Next thing I know I got a letter in the mail saying my premium is $3700 per year and I must pay it in 6 months. CCV DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE THIS. SAID "AW WELL ED MADE A MISTAKE NOTHING WE CAN DO"
DO NOT GO WITH THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED FIND ANYWHERE ELSE.Gary Robinson
Never any problems in 20 years..... they are always available to help.Katherine Lemus
WORST service EVER! It would be helpful if they answered calls or emails once in a while!Jenn J
Why have a phone number when no one over there answers their phones and when they do answer (after the 10th call) they'll transfer your call to someone who won't pick up their line. Like "thanks for calling, whatever your inquiry just talk to this person's voicemail". They're the absolute worst people trying to deal with them.drillahmon
my experience with them so far. called company 5 times now. can't get anything but an answering machine. filled out online form asking them to call me. no response in almost a week. i dont think anyone actually works at this place.Ian Lawrence

I would give this location ZERO STARS but unfortunately that is not an option.
Please be very cautious when dealing with this Insurance company. When I spoke to an agent "Helga" on the phone she quoted my vehicle at approximately $160/month. I was very happy with the quote and decided to move forward, when my e-statement came along It was nearly 33% more and the bill was $240/month. Upset at the situation I called the company and attempted to figure out why the premium had increased so much as nothing had changed on my driving record. The agent "Helga" who was very rude kept using Insurance lingo/jargon which the average consumer did not understand. I expressed my frustration and informed them of my decision to cancel.
I spoke to a friend of mine who works in the industry and he explained to me that a $800 yearly increase in premium is absolutely absurd, especially if nothing had changed to my driving record.
This location is very sketchy and agents are willing to do anything to make a couple extra dollars out of the consumer. DO NOT TRUST THEM. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION.
