It's a terrible experience every time you go to the Cherry Hill post office. The staff has limited knowledge of the services they provide and don't like their job.Kayla deKoster
After phoning and being put on hold twice, I visited the post office to inquire if they had received the late package I was expecting. The "customer service rep" at the post office counter only seemed to care that she could leave right at 4:00 pm for her ending shift. Her sense of urgency and lack of caring was very apparent. I asked her to search 2 different names in the system, she was very rude and abrupt with telling me "nope" immediately after searching. Being management in customer service myself, I was disgusted by her approach and would be embarrassed to have an employee like that representing my brand's image.Steven Rockwood
This store is all about not providing medications to persons who may have medicines that are not regularly prescribed too much anymore ... they will actually turn you away, even though it is in stock and avsilanle for regular patients that use it. But to go into a pharmacy.acy such as a SDM and be told to go to the SDM that has prescribed the RX to yourself in the past, simply blew me away ... medications should be fillable anywhere they are available. Esp after saying we gave them but generally only for patients who are regulars ... like who: all the seniors who gang in this mall ... I'm not knocking seniors at all as I know Cherry hill as a mall with established services inside are heavily dependent on these stores ... however before for you to go to a pharmacy thst has your record on hand ... kind of wired since you would think that they would want to make some $$!bob dole
I was waiting for nearly 10 minutes behind a customer at the cash playing instant poker tickets, when Belinda walked up to the neighboring, open till. I had just picked up a package from the post office and needed a bag, and asked Belinda for one. She bluntly and rudely told me they were for customers only (I assume the Canada post outlet pays them to be there, thus making me a customer). I asked if I could pay for one and she told me it wasn't worth her time. I informed her that was poor customer service as I began to leave. She followed me out telling me first not to come back then, followed by its her store, and I'm not allowed back ever again. At this point I didnt have her name. I made several attempts to ask her name and retrieve it from her name tag, only to have her tell me she wasnt going to tell me and cover her name tag. When I asked to speak to a manager, as it turns out it wasn't belinda as she had claimed, the pharmacist claimed ownership. In the middle of me explaining what happened he interrupted me and just kept saying OK sarcastically with a smug smile on his face. He then completely cut me off and told me he wont be doing anything about it so I might as well go somewhere else. I really hope shoppers has some kind of concern for their brand and its representation because the Cherryhill location needs a major shake up. Good people have a hard time finding work these days yet people like this earn a pay cheque to be despicable people. Karma will catch up with you Harvey Specter
For the Shoppers Drug Mart store and Canada Post! The service and staff were up to par.
No experience with the pharmacy, so cannot comment.
