This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and this is my 4th new SUV. Sal at Vaughan Chrysler gave exceptional service and made the experience quick and easy. I got a great deal on the price and his kindness, professionalism and patience with my tons of questions was really appreciated. Definitely ask for Sal when going to Vaughan Chrysler. You will not be disappointed.

My experience at Vaughan Chrysler was a very pleasant one. My salesman Michael Wahab was helpful and informative. He took his time to explain everything I needed to know about my new Jeep Compass. Everyone I I countered at Vaughan Chrysler was nice. The facility itself is very nice and clean.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had the pleasure to deal with Cedric (and Alex) yesterday and my experience was amazing! Cedric took the time to listen and answer my questions; he also provided great advice. The management team has also been really understanding. I drove my 2015 Dodge Dart from Calgary to Toronto and a sensor got disconnected and fell in a rear tire making a strange noise. They fixed the issue like pros and did my oil change. I will definitely go back to this dealership and maybe to buy a new car ... THANKS CEDRIC!

If I could give a 0 I would. The service department is terrible and the "specialist" that was to look at my Jeep Patrioit was no specialist! I first brought my vehicle in 2 weeks ago with a check engine light on and a possible transmission issue. After waiting for 5 hours the advisor told me my car was ready. I was told that the check engine light was vapours in the gas tank, nothing to worry about and that the car was brought out on a road test and that everything was fine. I went out with the foreman for a test drive and barely left the lot when the transmission issue happened. He told me the "specialist" was very busy and can I bring it in a couple of weeks. I dropped my car off the night before my 8:15 am appointment and waited for a call. After several phone calls and messages I finally got a call back around 3:30pm saying that they haven't looked at the car yet and that they will need it for another day!!! I asked to speak to the manager and I was told he was on the phone. I asked to be put on hold and a half hour later I was still on hold, I gave up shortly after. Although it was terrible inconvenience I let them have the car for another day but I told them I needed it for 2pm. Again after several calls and messages with no response I went there at 2:30pm, where I was told that my car was next. Needing the car I asked for it back, but they couldn't find the key. Finally the "specialist " showed up with key and said it's running fine!!! The foreman was there and said he doesn't know what's wrong then. As I drove off the lot the issue happened again. As I talked to the person who drove me they told me they saw them drive the car from the back lot, opened the hood and parked it. Some test drive! Not to mention that if it is the transmission it will be the second one is less then 150k and won't be covered. I highly recommend that if you want to get good knowledgeable service stay away from Vaughan Chrysler. Especially after two and a half days and they cannot find what the problem is even after bringing the foreman out for the test drive and he was aware of the issue. Just dumbfounded!

Worked with Anthony and Frank to find a very specific make and model at the right price.
Car was found and picked up two days later. Amazing team! Use to be a New Roads Chrysler customer, never again, will only buy my cars from Vaughan now!! Thanks guys.

Dealer added aftermarket exhaust, light bar with light and window tints.

Simple things go a long way, answering questions quickly, even some that would be considered to be ridiculous by most. Taking the time to have phone conversations with me on weekends or on your personal time make me feel like you guys actually care about more then just another sale. Bringing a demo truck to me (in Newmarket), and physically delivering my new truck when it arrived (in Newmarket). I can't thank you enough, my busy work schedule, having a 2 year old and a 2 month old at home makes it very hard for me to stray from my day to day routine. I truly get a feeling of comfort and confidence in dealing with you both. I will continue to tell everyone about what a great experience I've had with you both and put people in direct contact with you that are looking for a new vehicle and awesome service.

Bought my car here a dodge journey. That's what you see in the picture. Staff was helpful and I may have paid a bit high price for the car but it has been four years and I love it.

When it comes to the experience I had at Vaughan Chrysler I have to say that I have yet to meet a salesman who is more dedicated to his work. If you're in the market for a new vehicle ask for Jeremy Piersanti and he will see you get what your looking for. I started off by requesting pictures of the truck I went to buy and five seconds later I have them, in the middle of game seven no less. The service was as friendly as I had ever received and the trade ins are the biggest bang for your buck. From the wide selection of vehicles to the mutually beneficial negotiations this is by far the best deal you will get anywhere.

I now have two Jeeps from them ( mine and my wife's) and I have all of my services done by them as well. I see people complaining about waiting for an oil change - it may take sometime vs a fast oil change spot but that is because they are busy as they are very good. Yesterday I took my Grand Cherokee in for a repair, and they fixed an unrelated random rattle in the headliner by the sunroof I was getting without me asking! Nor did they say they did anything - the rattle is just gone. I know they did something because the sun shade was fully opened. So far they are 100% for me. In sales, ask for Peter, and their Service and Parts teams have serviced me with excellence. I have purchased Mopar parts and had them added to my Jeep. They did a great job!
